In Denver's 30-16 win at Dallas in Week 9, Williams set career highs with 17 rushing attempts for 111 yards (6.5 avg.) and became the first Broncos rookie to rush for 100+ yards in a single game since 2018. He registered five rushes of 10+ yards en route to his first career 100-yard rushing effort. For his efforts, Javonte was named NFL Rookie of the Week (announced by the NFL on November 11, 2021).
